USER STORY WRITING WORKSHOP
We start with a 1-2 hour interactive session. We use this time to help you paint a vivid picture of your dream application and your user's stories. The information you provide during the session will help us create a map of features to be developed and allow us to create a fully realized application to test in the market.
MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCT (MVP) DEFINITION
Understanding what you want out of your dream application is just the first step. Based on the user story map we create together, we will help you gain traction by showing you the minimum set of features that will make your application test ready, feasible, and easy to use and market-ready.Creating a prioritized set of features is just one of many ways we help our clients save time and money. Instead of wasting resources on features your end-users are unlikely to use or overlooking important features required for your application to function, we'll help you determine what's important and what can wait.
MOCK-UP DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Once you make final decisions about what to include, it's time to create the skeleton of what will become your app. At this stage, we draw and develop html mockups. We find this extremely useful to give our clients, their team, their potential clients, or their investors a feel for what the final product will look like. The mockup also clearly shows what we suggest, including what goes into the MVP and which features can be developed at a later stage.Finally, it helps our development team build the actual application and therefore decreases development costs while keeping the process transparent. It is another way we stay efficient and on budget.
WEB OR MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT
After the MVP is designed, we start to build the actual application story by story. Our development process is usually split into 2-week sprints. This helps us stay on task and keep our client informed about progress on a regular basis. Using an Agile approach is incredibly efficient, as it allows us to change features during the development process without needing additional time or money. Our process is intentionally designed to get your application off the ground and fulfill your vision.
TESTING AND RELEASE
The development process usually continues after the release of the app, when end-users start to test it. We carefully evaluate all feedback and provide advice on the most efficient solutions for additional features and functionality. We support the platform during the implementation, marketing, and scaling stages. At the same time, we provide the owner of the software with all required documentation for further development and support.
